Once upon a time, the Lord had called out a people through which to restore all humanity unto himself. This people was the vessel for His word. They built Him alters, tabernacles, and offered sacrifices according to His will. It is a mystery to me why the ineffable, uncontainable, immortal, omnipresent God and Creator of all things would desire to reach us through such things. Nevertheless, such things (we are told) were types and shadows of what was to come. A Savior would come and finish and fulfill the work that people could not. All those who look to Him will separate themselves from this world and form a New Nation of all tribes, tounges, and appearances. This is a nation of the dead who are lifted out of Death and into Life. This is a nation without borders. This is a nation without limits. This is the Nation of Nations, of the One, of the Way, the Nation of Truth, the Country of Light.
